    @metronetfiber @BillyWinter It's a real shame when we all have been having this issue for a week now. It goes out around 10pm and doesn't get fixed until 4pm the next day and then the cycle continues. I have not been able to use my internet properly for a week now and I work remotely!!!!

    @metronetfiber ok let’s just be transparent and honest. 1- do you actually know what is causing the mass outage 2. What is the issue? Backbone hit, waiting on splicing crew, permitting, etc? 3. ETR? Any fiber provider can provide this basic info. Give it a try, it won’t hurt

    @metronetfiber I appreciate that you sent out a tech the same day I called, but he was not given the right equipment and backup support, so nothing got fixed. Frustrating. (Not his fault.) No new date scheduled....waiting.

    @metronetfiber you should ask the gas and light company technicians how to stand up an outage portal that drills down from number of people in my county to number on my street impacted as well as resolution estimates. Also, no one buys a big cable was cut 4 days ago.

    Looks like @metronetfiber is proving that all internet providers are the same. Slowly increasing the rate and not standing behind what they tell you. Hopefully at least the quality doesn’t start going down. I really thought they were going to be different.

    @metronetfiber I've been told that it was Mediacom that caused your problems cutting a line or something like that, is that true? You guys should issue a statement to the news or something so people know that employers can see that there's a major outage.

    @JasonSandholm @metronetfiber Similar situation here in Rock Island. We have had the service for about three months. Been mostly OK. Now, we have had 4 days of "outages," where it takes like 12 hours to "fix" with no explanation of what is happening or any kind of ETA.
